1. How to order?
  1. Go to the shop and decide what products you want to buy and what amount you need, press “Add to cart” button. If you got everything you need press “Proceed to checkout”.
  2. Fill the form correctly, choose delivery and payment method and press “Place order”.
  3. Complete the payment by the method you have chosen. We will keep you informed about your order by e-mail.
  4. Your parcel will be shipped via Lithuanian Post Service after no more than 3 working days after we receive your payment.
2. Shipping & delivery

We ship our products via Lithuanian Post services. You will get tracking number and instructions how to track your order in your email after the completion of your order. The delivery can take you: 3-6 working days (Latvia, Estonia, Poland), 4-12 working days (other EU countries), 5-30 working days (everywhere else). We complete the orders within 5 working days.

3. How can I pay for my order?

Use PayPal as a payment method. Via PayPal, you can pay with your Visa or MasterCard.

4. Returns & refunds

Please e-mail us about your return and we will go through each return on a case by case basis.

5. How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our store is protected by SSL certificate. Which allows us to fully protect our clients sensitive information.

6. What exactly happens after ordering?

Your parcel will be shipped via Lithuanian Post Service after no more than 5 working days after we receive your payment.

7. Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an e – mail with your order invoice after successful payment.

8. How do I change or cancel my order?

Contact us right away on Facebook chat or info@gentlehair.com so we can put a hold on your order right away so it doesn’t ship out.
